WHY AN ARCHITECT?

Salmon Street House

A 1908 historic house is transformed into a house with far more light and space, with a new high ceiling family room addition spilling out onto a large new deck overlooking the rear yard. A green roof covers the new addition.

New bathrooms, new kitchen, a new garage in the existing basement, and new whole house electrical and mechanical gives this house modernized systems.

The family room has a round skylight and perimeter LED trough lights that can change colors and be dimmable.

This is a house designed for comfortable day to day living, and entertaining.
